Pricing
Recurring service is priced per visit and moves with home square footage, lot size, the interval, and whether the property has scorpion pressure, a pool or heavy landscaping. The first visit is priced higher because it includes the interior and the heavy initial treatment. A small interior lot on quarterly service and a half acre desert edge lot with a pool on monthly service are different numbers, and you get yours after the walk on the first visit.
